One Law Partners, LLC provided comprehensive advisory services to the Gyeonggi Suwon World Cup Stadium Foundation to enhance its operational framework and strengthen the competitiveness of its facility management. This engagement involved a comprehensive overhaul of the Foundation’s strategic and performance management systems and the establishment of a mid- to long-term development roadmap to create a sustainable operational foundation.

The client, a foundation responsible for operating Suwon World Cup Stadium, sought advisory services to address improvement tasks and operational issues identified during the previous year’s management evaluation process.

Attorney Ji Heon Oh of One Law Partners, LLC conducted a thorough review of the Foundation’s existing management performance and operational status and presented systematic improvement measures based on identified priorities.

First, the existing strategic framework was comprehensively reorganized to reflect changes in the policy environment and management conditions, and a development roadmap was established based on short-, mid-, and long-term objectives. In addition, the effectiveness of the performance management system was enhanced by aligning individual projects with strategic initiatives and systematically designing key performance indicators (KPIs).

The advisory services also included the development of new standards and management systems covering overall organizational operations, including dedicated organizational structures, KPI management, training programs, and internal audit functions.

From a financial perspective, measures to improve long-term profitability were proposed, while facility-specific maintenance and management plans were reorganized and annual investment and budget operation plans were refined.
