Sung-Yeol Nam focuses his practice on project financing, including real estate finance, derivatives products, structured finance and acquisition financing. Mr. Nam has successfully represented many clients in financing transactions based on his wealth of experience. In addition, Mr. Nam’s practice includes representing clients on complex criminal cases.
Mr. Nam is committed to public interest, and has been actively engaged in pro bono activities, including position as advisor to the Korea Sexual Violence Relief Center and the Korea Women’s HotLine, Seoul Branch. Since 2013, Mr. Nam has served as director of the Pro Bono Institute of the Firm.
