Kwang-Min Lee served as a public prosecutor for 23 years and 6 months, from March 1994 to August 2017. During his years as a prosecutor, he developed extensive understanding and practical experience working in special crime divisions, serious crime divisions, criminal affairs divisions, and major economic crime investigation teams at various prosecutor offices, including the Seoul High Prosecutor’s Office.
Mr. Lee utilizes his extensive experience in various areas of public prosecution to provide in-depth and comprehensive counsel on all aspects of criminal proceedings, such as searching for the best strategy to respond in the early stages of investigation, identifying potential issues, determining the general direction of statements, collecting and organizing exhibits, and handling the actual court proceedings.​
