Ki-Won Yoon is a managing partner of the Firm. Mr. Yoon’s main practice area is advising corporations on general corporate and litigation matters. For over three decades, Mr. Yoon has successfully represented clients on disputes over corporate control, largescale M&A transactions, and civil and criminal proceedings. ​
Mr. Yoon previously served as a nonstanding commissioner for the National Human Rights for Korea, a member on the Pension Management Committee of the Korea Teachers Pension, Supreme Prosecutors’ Office Policy & Planning Advisory Committee and as a committee member andTeachers’ Program Improvement Special Section, Education Innovation Committee.
