Attorney Ji Heon Oh of One Law Partners, LLC will participate as a speaker at the upcoming Global ESG Forum 2026, where he is scheduled to present on “Strategies for Addressing Greenwashing Risks."

The forum forms part of the Global ESG Forum 2026, one of the key programs of the 8th Asia Pacific Biochar Conference (APBC 2026).

The event has been organized to discuss sustainable business growth and practical ESG management strategies, bringing together experts from academia and industry to share developments in global ESG standards and response strategies.
As ESG evaluation criteria continue to become more sophisticated, discussions will focus on how companies can move beyond mere regulatory compliance to lead the development of new ESG standards and strengthen their competitiveness.

Attorney Ji Heon Oh serves as Head of the ESG Center at One Law Partners, LLC, a Non-Governmental Member of the OECD National Contact Point (NCP), and Director of the Korea Research Institute of Commercial Law (KRICAL) under the Korean International Trade and Business Law Association.
At the forum, Attorney Oh will present on “Strategies for Addressing Greenwashing Risks,” introducing potential greenwashing risks that companies may face and practical approaches for addressing those risks through real-world case studies.
