Advisor Geum-sil Kang of One Law Partners, LLC will deliver a keynote address at the PBF 2026 Colloquium to be held on September 19 at Kyung Hee University’s Seoul Campus.

The event is part of the Peace BAR Festival 2026, commemorating the 45th United Nations International Day of Peace and hosted by the Kyung Hee University System. It will be held under the theme, “Pathway to Planetary Citizenship and Engagement.”

In the keynote address, Advisor Kang will discuss the new civic consciousness required in the era of the climate crisis, the transformation of human awareness, and the responsibilities of individuals as members of the global community.

The colloquium will also feature Lee Sung-hoon, Ambassador for Human Rights, Peace and Democracy; Woo-Kyun Lee, Co-Chair of the Sustainable Development Solutions Network Korea (SDSN Korea); and Taek-Gwang Lee, Professor at Kyung Hee University. Together, they will discuss solutions to the complex challenges facing modern society, including the climate and ecological crisis, social polarization, war and refugee issues, and rapid technological advancement.
