Attorney Ji-Heon Oh of One Law Partners, LLC participated as a Distinguished Speaker in Global Sustainability: Waste and the City, a global educational program organized by the Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU), and delivered a lecture on “Greenwashing and ESG Regulations.”
 

This program is an international educational initiative that discusses urban sustainability, resource circulation, and waste management through the lens of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and ESG.

It is operated through a global collaborative network involving universities and experts from around the world. The Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU) is an international consortium of leading universities in the Pacific Rim region, and the program is conducted in collaboration with institutions including Korea University, Nanyang Technological University, and the University of Oregon.

Attorney Ji-Heon Oh discussed recent trends in increasingly stringent ESG disclosure and advertising regulations, as well as corporate greenwashing risks. He also introduced key legal issues and response strategies that companies should consider in the course of implementing ESG management practices.
